Designing and building on non-rectangular land…
Owning a piece of land that isn’t square or rectangular but somewhat triangular, trapezoidal, or even uniquely shaped is not uncommon. There are several reasons for this, including subdivision and zoning issues.
Designing a house on a perfectly square plot is an ideal condition for architects, but it’s only sometimes the case. Irregularly shaped schemes pose an exciting challenge for FYL as we seek solutions for utilizing the non-standard land effectively, creating an aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated home, and ensuring a cozy and spacious interior.
Whether it’s a square plot or an irregular one, designing and building a comfortable home is always the goal for FYL.
